Enjoy a spring walk and gather some wild garlic as you go. Spring is the time to give your liver a good cleanse and here is a delicious recipe from Carol K to get you started, yum!

300g wild garlic – pick before flowering preferably away from roadside
150g walnuts
150g parmesan cheese
400 – 450ml olive oil
lemon juice and pepper to taste

Chop wild garlic leaves finely
Grind nuts
Grate parmesanĀ  – fine or coarsely for pref
Mix it all together with olive oil and season with pepper and lemon juice.
